    While training with Sifu Hartsell in Austin a few weeks we went over 14 locks from his stick lock flow. They were awesome locks and everyone there loved them. The cool thing about training with Sifu Hartsell is he does not like to show locks to people without giving them the counters as well. This makes for some very good training. We also covered ...

    Does anyone train lockflows with the stick? Do you practice grappling with the stick? Do you practice your throws and takedowns with the stick? Just curious.
